Although we pride ourselves on the quality of our services, not all services can be performed for all potential clients. Please refer to this as a guide before calling to schedule a service with us.
Cooper Pest Solutions cannot treat for wildlife with the exception of squirrels, which are only serviced in Mercer County. What does “wildlife control” constitute?

There are several wildlife control companies across New Jersey and Pennsylvania that you can contact to handle these pest issues. Unfortunately, Cooper Pest Solutions cannot assist you in removing these animals.
Termite Inspections and Service
Cooper Pest Solutions does not provide termite inspections to satisfy Wood Destroying Insect Reports associated with the sale of a home. Wood Destroying Insect Reports are only available to our current clients who already use Cooper’s termite control services.
There are also additional restrictions for providing residential termite control. Cooper cannot provide a termite treatment if your home has the following.
- House is built on a slab
- Rubble or fieldstone foundation
- Water well in foundation or on your property
- Certain types of heating and cooling systems
- Your property has recently been treated by another company for termites and they are still active
- You still have a written contract with another pest control company
- Rental property where you are not the landlord
- Home is sharing a common wall such as in a row home or condo*

Bed Bug Treatments
Bed bug infestations are serious and need to be taken care of as soon as their presence is detected. Cooper cannot provide bed bug treatments in all situations. There are specific regulations that prevent us from performing service at your home.
If you are living in a connected unit such as an apartment or condo, landlords are often in charge of making pest control decisions. With many apartment complexes, there is a contracted pest control company who is in charge of all pest related problems, including bed bugs. Unfortunately, if the apartment complex does not already have a contract with Cooper Pest Solutions, Cooper cannot provide service for individual tenants without authorization to do so from the property’s owner.
In cases where several tenants live in separate bedrooms of one house with a common kitchen and bathroom, landlords need to coordinate with all tenants to have all rooms unlocked. Bed bugs are not picky, so not being able to access all of the rooms at the same time will hinder the effects of our elimination efforts.
Additionally, we do not provide heat treatments. If you are only interested in heat treatments for bed bug removal, we cannot provide service.
Our Pest Coverage
There are several pests that Cooper Pest Solutions can control with a 100% guarantee. We offer treatment programs that target a single pest or year round programs that cover several pests.
Our Home Traditional Service is a year round program that focuses on pest prevention and elimination as a whole. Cooper’s highly trained technicians will visit your home on a quarterly basis for a pest check-up to make sure your home remains insect-free. Your technician will perform additional treatments if needed. The Home Traditional Service provides unlimited service calls in between quarterly visits to have a technician dispatched.
Our Home Intensive Service is also a yearly program that aims to prevent and eliminate pest issues in your home. A skilled Cooper technician will visit your home on a quarterly basis to make sure that you are still pest-free. If they find that there is a new insect present, they will treat your home accordingly. The Home Intensive Service differs from the Home Traditional Service because of its extended coverage for sealing of holes that serve as entry points for mice, and climbing ladders to remove stinging insect nests. One-time services offer a 90 day guarantee for a single pest such as ants, mice, ticks, mosquitoes, and more. These services are reactive and made to control the specific pest issue that you are experiencing.
