Eliminate Termites in NJ and PA with Cooper
For structures with an active termite problem:
A termite infestation can be a very emotional situation. However, it is best not to rush your decision. Nobody likes to think that their house is being attacked, but it is important to know that termites do not cause significant damage overnight; instead it takes a considerable amount of time, often years for extensive termite damage to occur.
At Cooper, we understand that termite control is a process and not a one-time event.
Cooper’s three steps for termite success:
Step 1: Identify the problem
A Cooper skilled termite specialist will identify and evaluate the nature of your termite infestation and answer any questions you may have about the termite treatment process. We will formulate a plan of attack to target the termite colony and advise you of any preparations that you may need to make prior to treatment. At the same time, we will provide you with an estimate and a treatment plan.
Step 2: Eliminate the Termites
Our Quality Pro technicians will use our treatment tools to eliminate your termite infestation. Cooper uses a wide variety of treatments (Sentricon® Always Active, Active Termite Management, TermAware™.) to eliminate your termite infestation. Your treatment may include a soil treatment around the exterior perimeter, injections of your foundation, treatment beneath porches and patios, as well as a variety of treatment techniques that are best suited for the needs of your home.
Step 3: Make sure they do not come back!!
At Cooper, we believe that keeping your home free of termites is just as important as getting rid of the initial termite problem. Our TermAware™ program is aimed at insuring that your termite problem is corrected now and into the future. Termite renewals have traditionally been reactive in the sense you will find out through an inspection if termites have already returned and created more damage. We believe that detection and prevention are the best way to protect your house. Our technicians will install our TermAware™ Detection and Protection System at the time of treatment and monitor the system quarterly. Our monitors help to provide us early warning in the event that termites begin to approach you home again.
