Being a homeowner can be both rewarding and problematic, some at the same time, especially when it comes to treating for various pests. Perhaps you currently have a termite problem that needs treatment, you have had termites in the past and want to prevent any future infestations, or maybe you just want to protect your home from the possibility of termites. No matter what your concern may be, Cooper Pest Solutions can help with all aspects of pest management.
Cooper Pest Solutions offers a wide variety of options when it comes to pest management services. We are one of the few pest companies that offer a One-Time Pest Service, without requiring you to “sign on” for a one-year home maintenance service. This is available for clients who prefer to eliminate one specific pest without committing to a pest management program. This is a viable option for those who are looking to maintain a specific budget.
In addition to One-Time Pest Services, Cooper also offers Traditional and Intensive service plans for pest management. The Traditional Service Plan offers substantial value for homeowners who do not want to be bothered by crawling insects, mice, and wasps, among many other pests that are covered under the plan. By enrolling in the Traditional Service Plan, you will receive four preventive services per year to combat a variety of pests including rodents. Three exterior services will be conducted during the warmer months and an interior service to inspect for any pests or rodents that may be living within the home structure will be performed during the cooler months of the year.
There are several differences between the Traditional and Intensive Service Plans. Traditional includes ants, yellow jackets (in structures below six feet), mud wasps, paper wasps, cockroaches, silverfish, crickets, earwigs, ground beetles, centipedes, pill bugs, sow bugs, spiders, and mice. The Traditional Service Plan is also limited to the home.

If you’re looking for a more thorough preventative approach to all pests, then our Intensive Service Plan is the right fit for you. This includes everything that the Traditional Service Plan offers and much more. The Intensive Service Plan is the most popular choice among homeowners.
Not only do you receive the four preventive services throughout the year but the Intensive Service Plan also provides homeowners a detailed 30-point inspection report with detailed findings and important recommendations for your home. In addition to all the pests covered in the Traditional Service Plan, the Intensive Service Plan includes significantly more pests, including hornets, bumble bees, carpenter ants, fleas, Indian meal moths and much more. The plan also includes more labor-intensive work such as ladder work, pruning and the sealing of cracks and holes used by insects and rodents to enter your home. Additionally, the Intensive Service Plan covers areas located away from the home, such as the mailbox, storage sheds, playsets and pool houses.

All three service plans are beneficial to homeowners who are looking to eliminate any costly pest problem that may arise. Taking the initiative to protect your home from unwanted pests is a beneficial choice as infestations can be very damaging to property and costly to eliminate, depending on the pest.
Although the service plans have exclusions to wood destroying organisms (termites, wood boring beetles, etc.), flying insects (gnats, mosquitoes, etc.) and animal or bird control (wildlife management) we offer other preventive programs for the excluded pests that may suite your needs.
