Since the arrival of the new Stink Bug species in 2005, Richard Cooper, our Vice President of Technical Services, has been intrigued. Although most of Rick's time has been spent becoming the nation's #1 expert on bed bugs, he quietly has done the same in the arena of Stink Bugs. Rick has worked closely with Rutgers University on understanding this emerging pest and its control in a residential and commercial setting.
After years of research, Rick rolled out a program which will prevent stink bugs between 90-100% from entering the structure provided that the service was performed between August 23rd and September 15th. The next step in the research is what occurs with treatments rendered after September 15. Cooper Pest is continuing to offer the same style service and will be tracking the success to see when the treatment’s effectiveness decreases. We are confident that even as we move through the fall months that the service will have a dramatic impact on the stink bug population. All treatments rendered after September 15 will be analyzed as part of Rick Cooper’s ongoing research on the growing stink bug problem.
All treatments rendered between September 15 and October 15 will receive one service call as part of the service. All services rendered after October 15 will have no service calls.

The cost of the service is between $350 – $450. The final price will be determined at the time of service. If your home is More than 4 bedrooms or 2 stories, this service will require an on-site estimate to determine final pricing.
