Carpenter Bees cause damage to wood by chewing tunnels in the wood and then laying eggs inside the tunnels. | Wasp Prevention |
| Our Was Prevention service, developed in 1992, continues to be one of our most exciting products, helping homeowners who do not wish to share their homes with wasps and carpenter bees. The unique treatment program prevents wasps from building their nests on homes, decks, swing sets, storage sheds, etc. Areas prone to nesting establishment are treating using a product which makes the surface an undesirable location to build a nest. One treatment will prevent nest development for up to six months. The program also covers Carpenter Bees and Yellow Jackets throughout the season. |

| Cooper's tick program reduces the likelihood of tick entry into the yard by specifically treating the areas throughout the property where ticks are likely to harbor and breed. Based on the behavior and biology of ticks, Richard Cooper brought this program to Cooper in 1994. "The service effectively controls Deer Ticks which transmit Lyme Diseas, as well as other ticks to include the Lone Star Tick and American Dog Tick." The four treatments are targed to tick prone areas and are sequenced based on the biology and behavior of ticks to maximize effectiveness for all crawling stages of ticks. |

| Home Maintenance Traditional |
| The Home Traditional Service is a substantial value for the homeowner that does not want to be bothered by crawling insects, mice and wasps. The plan provides preventive pest and rodent control for your home, year round beginning with three exterior maintenance services (March - October) and one interior service (November - February). The majority of common pest are included; however, there are some exclusions to keep costs down. Should one of the excluded pests become a problem, you will receive discounts on the additional work up to 50%. |
