| Our business developers are assigned a territory and perform a number of activities to gain new business opportunities. Sales experience is not required. All successful candidates will particpate in an eight week intensive training program that focuses on sales technique, lead development and succesful territory management. First year business developers can expect to make a miniumum of $35,000 and as much as $75,000 in their first year. The compensation package is comprised of salary, commission and draw. |

| Our residential developers are primarily lead driven (leads that come from residential clients seeking a pest management solution). In addition to meeting or speaking with potential clients from the leads, there are numerous other activities to generate addtional business. Sales experience is not required. All successful candidates will particpate in an eight week intensive training program that focuses on sales technique, lead development and succesful territory management. First year business developers can expect to make a miniumum of $27,000 and as much as $40,000 in their first year. The compensation package is comprised of salary, commission and draw.

| Our pest management professionals tend their clients pest control needs in a geographical area. Services are scheduled by our office for the technicians. We have never had layoffs and employ our technicians 12 months a year. Pest Control experience is not required. All successful candidates will participate in a paid eight week intensive training program that focuses on customer service, pest identification, and the laws that regulate pest control and pesticide applications. Pest management professionals can earn between $14 and $17 per hour plus bonuses. There are plenty of opportunities to earn overtime pay in the warm months and on Saturdays. |
